Our Policies:- 1. Check-In time is from 1:00 pm and checkout time is until 11:00 am.
2. Kids below age of 05 will be non chargeable, Kids from 5 to 10 will be charge half of single person tariff, age group above 10 will be considered as adult.
3. Booking stands confirmed only after 100 % advance of the payment
4. Cancellation before 01 month will be free, Cancellation before 15 days will be half charged of entire stay, Cancellation of booking within 15 days or at time of arrival will be non refundable.
5. The guest acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
6. Lunch Time: 13:30 hrs to 15:00 hrs/ Evening Tea : 18:00 hrs to 18:30 hrs/ Dinner : 20:30 hrs to 22:00 hrs/ Breakfast : 08:30 hrs to 10:00 hrs. (Guest are requested to have their meals on time once buffet released food will not be provided after particular timings)
7. Swimming pool will be closed after sunset. Will only be allowed for any promotional offers or rate of the day.
8. Any misbehave with employee or any act against law will not be tolerated and will subject to jurisdiction.
9 .Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to resort caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
10. Hotel management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewelry or any other valuables left by guest in the rooms
